Allen Haddock, CRNA

Meet Our Nurse Anesthetist! Allen graduated from Old Dominion University with a BSN in 1983. He subsequently obtained a MS from Troy University (1989) and a MSNA from the Medical College of Virginia (1993). He retired after 20 years in the US Navy in 1997. Allen has practiced anesthesia in a variety of settings including shipboard, Level II Trauma hospitals, and Ambulatory Surgery Centers.
